I really ought to pick my friends better. This is a quick message to say that the article in the Guardian doesn't actually exist. My friend, who said he had read it in a newspaper, actually just typed the initials 'RPG' into Google and read an article, in one of the other newspapers that were in the original post, about our film and just translated the page. He then told me that he had read an article, knowing that I auditioned for this film, saying that he had read it in a British national newspaper. Why he said he read it in the Guardian I don't know but this is where the confusion lay. I am deeply sorry for any trouble this may have caused anyone. I will certainly be checking things much more carefully before I post them on the forums again.

I just joined... i have a few qns... when do they decide whose selected as the actors playing the roles? And does filming start middle of next year or...?
Also, do they pay for the actors/actresses selected to go to portrugal for the shoot?
Sorry for all the qns but i wasn't sure...
please enlighten me someone!

Hey Ciciz.  You'd have to ask the admin on the project itself mate.  We're in the dark about a lot of this as you are.  I first read it was supposed to start shooting 31st July 2008, but it wasn't posted in here so I guess that's null and void now!

Hey!

I'm reading all the old posts about the press notes and I'm sick of reading the same stuff everywhere. The article published in 'Metro' in spanish, was NOT mexican. It was spanish. It was published in Spain.

Anyway, despite this raging outburst, all the posts are very useful and nice. I agree with Kenny about the dedication thing and the 'downvoting' folks. Their attitude is not good, but they are also a form of promotion of the movie. I'm telling all my english speaking actor friends in spain to visit the page, to vote, and to cast, if thy feel confident about that.

Does anyone have any idea when the final screentests will be decided? And on a personal note I hope this "online casting" by more film makers It's a good way of finding new talent methinks
